My name is Colby Braden, and my journey of faith has been one of transformation and discovery. In 2011, I left the teachings of Shepherd's Chapel and embraced a true belief in Christ, aligning myself with Calvinist theology. This marked a significant turning point in my life, as I began to explore the depths of God's sovereignty and grace.
In 2016, my understanding of Scripture evolved further, and I became convinced of New Covenant Theology, which reshaped my perspective on the relationship between the Old and New Testaments. This framework emphasized the fulfillment of God's promises in Christ and the unity of His redemptive plan.
By 2018, I found myself fully persuaded by Partial Preterism, a view that sees many biblical prophecies as having been fulfilled in the first century, particularly with the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70. This shift deepened my appreciation for the historical context of Scripture and its relevance to my faith today.
Through these milestones, my journey reflects a commitment to seeking truth and growing in my understanding of God's Word. I continue to study, reflect, and share my faith with others, trusting in God's guidance every step of the way.
